Wickham
Well the secret is out about Wickham now. I overheard a couple of unfamiliar women gossiping about him on my way out of Rosings. I had no intention to ruin his life which is what this will do. Everyone is beginning to see the real Wickham and how he tries so desperately hard to marry into wealth because he is nothing. This will hopefully turn Lizzy against Wickham and towards me.

Good friend, the revealing of Wickham is not only helpful to you, but also to the Bennets - particularly Elizabeth. She is now aware of who Wickham truly is and will not make the mistake of engaging herself in marriage with him. For love to last, both specimen must know most everything about each other. I cannot help but link this event also to Jane. I miss her so.
